Open Question: problems with my 2002 honda civic lx..please help??

for the past 3 months my car has been doing something really weird. every now and then while I'm driving the car normally with no problems the check engine light comes on and the car just slows down until it eventually stops. then after letting the car sit for maybe an hour or so the car starts back up fine and starts to drive normally and after a little while the "check engine" light turns off...i have no idea why my car is doing this,could someone please tell me what could be the problem... read more
